History
Summit Signworks began in 1993 in our basement. We had wanted lettering for our boat, and couldn’t get any “sign painters” to travel 70 miles, let alone return our phone calls, for this job. The price wasn’t the issue. We wanted the name on our boat.
Well, my wife (being a computer person) suggested that it must be made by a computer. I was shocked! What next??? After diligent research, (on my wife's part and reluctance on mine), we purchased a entry level plotter/cutter, and an entry level vinyl software/cutting program. I was all set now! We started the business. Except the software couldn’t keep up with my customers' imaginations and expectations. Nor mine.
We went searching for the best sign software to be had. Mind you, not brochure, not presentation software, we wanted specialized sign software. After struggling for a year with the “other” software, we purchased the best we could absolutely buy!

Large Format Digital Printing
We began our experience with large format digital printing almost 3 years ago. It has outsold cut vinyl, and offered an unlimited opportunity for our customers.
We currently can print and cut, (all in one step!) up to 52” wide. This is the ultimate machine for labels, decals, up to tractor trailers.
But that’s not all!
We can print directly on heavy duty banner material, giving our customers a rainbow of photographic quality color at 1440 dpi, which is a incredible value. We grommet and hem our banners in house. These are great for trade shows!
